103 Rose Iron Company (103 Dek Smith), a leading company in Cambodia and an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, was established on May 5, 2005. The company currently has its head office at No. 86 Norodom Street, Chamkar Mon District, Phnom Penh, and a factory in Taley Village, Dangkor District, Phnom Penh. Over the past 19 years since its inception until its 80th anniversary in 2024, the company has firmly established itself in the Cambodian market to serve and contribute to making customers’ homes more beautiful, vibrant, attractive, and comfortable. At the beginning, the company had only about 30 employees. However, under the wise leadership of all management and the enthusiastic participation of employees/workers at all levels and a high sense of responsibility, the company has been able to stand for nearly two decades and grow and become more famous year after year.
